My personal growth plan is centered on developing a versatile skillset that aligns with industry standards while simultaneously supporting my academic and professional endeavors.

My focus is on expanding proficiency in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, storyboarding and authoring tools, and visual design through platforms like Canva. These tools each add to the tapestry and richness of effictive instructional design and togther form the foundations for creating and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
