As I continue my education in the field of Instructional Design and Technology, my goal is to grow the creative and technical competencies that instructional designers rely upon to build systems that are accessible, effective, coherent and facilitate memorable learning experiences. My personal growth plan is centered on developing a versatile skillset that aligns with industry standards while simultaneously supporting my academic and professional endeavors.
My focus is on expanding proficiency in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, storyboarding and authoring tools, and visual design through platforms like Canva.
