About Sarah
I am a California-based higher education professional working in learning support at the community college level. In my current role, I collaborate with tutors, faculty, and classified professionals to create welcoming, student-centered spaces where learners can build confidence, practice academic skills, and show up with authenticity.
I am also pursuing my M.A. in Instructional Design & Technology at California State University, San Bernardino. My academic and professional interests include ethical and accessible use of educational technology, AI literacy for students and staff, and designing learning experiences that honor diverse lived experiences.
As a Classified Senate leader, I advocate for equitable practices in both learning and work environments, with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and shared governance.
